How we work
Communication, changes and ownership,
agreed before you sign.
The terms every Altruvex engagement runs on: who you talk to, what we need from you, what a change costs, what the warranty covers and what you own. The phases themselves are on the Process page.
The working agreement
The questions that come up mid-project,
answered before it starts.
Who you talk to, what a change costs and what you own. Each answer is written into your proposal, so none of it is negotiated once the work is under way.
8 clauses
Filled in before you sign- 01
Who you talk to
Your proposal names the person who handles your messages from discovery to launch.
One named contact
- 02
How often you hear from us
Each phase ends with a review and your approval. Between sign-offs, the live preview link shows the build as it stands.
At every sign-off
- 03
Where you see progress
From the first working build, so you judge the system itself - not screenshots of it.
A live preview link
- 04
What we need from you
The context in discovery, the copy and assets for the pages, and your approval at the end of each phase. The next phase starts once you approve.
Content and sign-off
- 05
How a change is priced
Changes within 5% of the agreed effort are included. Anything larger gets a written change order - a fixed price or 800 EGP an hour - that you approve before work starts.
Agreed in writing first
- 06
Before it goes live
You review the finished build on our staging environment. It moves to your domain once the final payment clears.
Reviewed on staging
- 07
Warranty after launch
Critical fixes at no charge. After that, a maintenance plan or a new quote.
30 days
- 08
What you own
Source code, design files, hosting accounts and documentation pass to you at final payment. No lock-in.
