Understand the problem before proposing a solution.

It starts with the initial project consultation call: 30 minutes, at no charge. You share the goal, the constraints and what exists today; we ask the questions that surface the real requirements. The proposal that follows sets scope, price and timeline.

Wireframe

Agree the pages, screens and flows before any visual design.

We map the pages or screens, their structure and the key flows. You approve the structure before any visual work begins.

Design

Agree on the whole design before a line of code.

We design the full interface on that structure. You review it and request revisions within scope; development starts after your approval.

Development

Build it on a live link you can open any day.

Launch

Review it on staging, then it goes live on your domain.

We set up hosting and deliver the finished build to staging for your review. Deployment to your domain follows once the final payment clears; source code, documentation and accounts pass to you at that payment. No lock-in.

Scope stretches the phases. It never skips one.

Smallest scope10 working days
Largest scope40 working days

A larger scope lengthens every phase after discovery, development most. It never adds, reorders or skips a phase or a sign-off. The bars above show our smallest and largest published scopes; discovery counts as one day. A flexible deadline, or content written from scratch, can stretch a quote to 12 weeks, never further.

Payment follows the same order: one part to start, one at a development milestone named in your proposal, and the last before production launch. Code, designs and accounts pass to you at final payment.
